The biggest ditch
Paul sat, and sat, and sat. He didn’t really like to be immobile for long periods of time. He sat at the bottom of the Grand Canyon just to see the differences weather can make on the biggest ditch. He really didn’t get the joke behind the nickname. Yes it was big, however it can be only called that from a tourist’s stand point. That kind of annoyed him about the U.S. everything had to be the biggest everything. It’s like it’s the country’s duty to find what in the world is bigger and then make something exactly like it, but bigger. Paul opened his eyes, well maybe the biggest ditch moniker isn’t that bad, even if it was Mother Nature that carved her.
As Paul was meditating, he was sitting in an almost trance like state. He didn’t believe in fidgeting. Why move when there was no point to it. Suddenly the chimes of the room sounded and the beautiful vistas of the Grand Canyon transformed into the reflective gray bare room.
The chimes was a call from Sydney’s school. She got into a fight again.
