Ah! You’ve squeezed a lot of characters in here, along with the looming prospect of some kind of dictator, and a war – it took me a few reads, but I think you’re showing the surreal effects of some kind of constraining leadership on these four guys – which is interesting.

A little confusing, but intellectually satisfying and worth a few read-throughs, so well done on that – MH :)

i tried to read it as kids playing, but the significance of Alan getting away seems trivial that way.

Elsha, you are extremely close to the mark. You are yet to find the true relevance of this story, however.

well i wasn’t sure if the missiles were Nerf.. or water balloons… or words from fighting parents… or real missiles as in war. :) I’m an optimist!

Im just happy because I am Michael from the story, and I’m really glad not to have got from a real missile as in war.
