This is a twist to the “i am Legend” type scenario where you are the last man on earth.. an even more apocalyptic twist, as his life may be over.

This would be a job for a neurosurgeon, but having to check online sources would fit better if her were a neurologist and therefore not entirely versed in the surgical aspect. And fortunately enough, the brain doesn’t hurt, so he could possibly go for, if it’s just draining a hematoma. But I digress…
Nice job on creating a scenario with some tragedy to it, sort of like the Twilight Zone with the guy who is the last survivor but his glasses break. It’s that problem on top of a problem sort of thing.
