This is a good but I think it should’ve been the prequel instead of the sequel.

Ha, he has a ‘nerd sense’. Very funny. 1 typo, though, should be “her” not “he” voice became a whisper.

Nerds should be illegal. I don’t like it when people are smarter than me.

I do think that this should have been a prequel, but then again it could be like that Seinfeld episode when they go to India.

I made this the sequel on purpose. I liked the idea of hearing about a nerd wrangler and then seeing this guy walk right into the trap.

Have to agree with those above, because you wrote it after, it wouldn’t have mattered if it had been a prequel…

Still, as a story I enjoyed it – suddenly everything gets a little more sci-fi, with nerd-sense and nerd-duty.

Bizarre and amusing in its seriousness. I know the situation really is dire, but it works well as a bit of commentary on how seriously a lot of nerds take themselves.

Hold on, my wifi detector is picking up a hidden network. Man, this packet flow is heavy! OH SHI- They’re trying to crack the WEP key with injection! If I don’t get their AP running WPA2 in time, then this VPN won’t be so private anymore!
