I think the irony could have been subtler here – perhaps you didn’t need the ‘robber got robbed’ line – it took away the reader’s personal satisfaction at getting it if you understand me…

But still, you built the pace well throughout with good descriptions, before executing a neat twist with the ending, so congrats – MH :)
