I like the disdain for the rest of the year group here – I think the challenge has some rebel characters already, but the fact that you Aiko is clearly culturally mature makes her interesting and original…

Don’t know if you meant to, but you bring up an interesting point – are the “outsiders” like Aiko who practically wallow in their non-conformity putting on just as much of an act as the “cool” kids they despise? I would like to read more about Aiko.

On another note, great story, loved it, especially robotically swaying, TR eat your central processing unit out.

I haven’t decided on Aiko’s surname yet, mostly because I haven’t decided if it’s her actual name or a pseudonym she prefers to go by.

Ah, so he’s in search of them. Interesting! Also, I decided that her surname is O’Rourke.

Aiko O’Rourke…hmm, I’d thought of Aiko as an Asian name, but I suppose not. I really like this character, I’d also like to read more!

I thought it was asian as well. Excuse my discombobulated brain.

It is Asian, but – twist in the story- she was adopted by quasi-Irish parents. :)
