I like the poem form, it works really well for this piece. My favorite line is Now she seeks the next sunrise/and wets her wings in the Dipper.

It’s a nice message and poem, but the rhythm and meter seem a bit off at times.
Dipper and Departure don’t quite rhyme, and a couple of verses are just sentences that are broken up into lines. I like the message, but with the poem form, your mileage may vary.
