Jean downloaded on to Metro Land, a new virtual world she had heard of from a friend. After 5 hours of loading, she found her avatar in a white room. She went on the virtual map, and chose the Mall. Suddenly, her computer crashed.

The screen read: “This software does not comply with Law 400 of virtual worlds.”
“Law 400: All virtual worlds must be awesome.”
