Oooh, Ascroft is a crafty one isn’t he? I think that you could have made it more effective by moving away from dialogue towards the end and focusing on Ashcroft’s shadiness or something. I also really don’t think including ‘frak’ anywhere outside of Battlestar Galactica is ever good, even in Battlestar Galactica. It sounds cheesy.

Thanks for the comment! I thought about describing Ashcroft’s shadiness instead of dialog, but decided against it in the end.

As for using frak, I didn’t want to use the F-word, keep it clean, and it was the only word I could think of to substitute properly. Plus I love BSG, so it’s my tiny homage to it.
