One minor minor point the as in as I was going too fast sortof slows down the pace. I know some people don’t like this but I would prefer I couldn’t stop. I was going too fast…
Other than that another unique perspective. I am so happy with the responses to this challenge!

This reminds me of the driver’s ed class I took – apparently the motto for where we live is “Don’t Veer for Deer.”

the suv survived? i don’t get a good idea of how the deer was hit.. have you ever hit one? if you leave a carcass behind, your vehicle is really damaged…

I haven’t ever hit one, no.

However, note the driver was able to see the carcass in the dark.

so we’re talking super human cars and people? hmm..
