Yes, well done! The last three sentences are definitely the best, adding drama and detail to the scene. I don’t think this qualifies as mature necessarily- I think we see this kind of stuff on tv a fair amount. Unless you visualize both of them as eighteen and under. I see the tag boys but I’d say it is open to interpretation.
