I too felt it was rushed, but there was so much I wanted in so little space and i’m not the biggest fan of sequels coming from myself lol.

I was with you in the beginning but the second half seemed a bit disconnected to me. Perhaps break it up into two ficlies? The second have would be more terrifying if you had the room to expand it a bit.

Definitely terrifying and worrisome. It certainly presents a lot of possibilities as to where he really is and what is up with this crazy doctor and nurse.

Very nice feel, but a few suggestions on the grammar:

When you’re done a quote and there is more after it, you should put a comma instead of a period.

Sometimes you go from capitalizing “Nurse”, “Doctor” and “Patient” to keeping them lowercase.

“Nurse, Restrain the patient.” The “restrain” should be lowercased.

Other that those the story was good overall. A lot of mystery and suspense.
