No Lights
“OK! Very funny Mark! Now turn the power back on!” Jenna shouted at her brother. They waited. The lights didn’t turn on.
“MARK!” Jenna screamed.
“Ow! Jenna! I’d rather keep my hearing, thank you very much,” Byron mummbled.
“Hang on. I should have a flashlight in my bag. Just let me find it,” Damon said. There was some shuffling sounds, then they heard a zipper moving. Then a beam of light shined on the floor.
“Let’s go turn the power on,” Clara said. She started to walk towards the door.
“Wait Clara!” Damon said hastily. Clara stopped and turned around, confused.
“What?” Clara asked.
“You can’t just go by yourself. You know what happens when the lights suddenly go out,” Damon said, snickering slightly.
“Yeah. There’s a killer in the house!” Byron finished.
