When he reached it, he could not see for several minutes because of the sudden change in light. As his vision became focused, he saw a small pond in the clearing. The water was crystal clear, and sparkled in the rays of the sun. His eyes were diverged from the pond when he heard a splashing of water; he saw a woman emerging from the pond. Instantly, he was taken by her beauty. She was almost inhumanly beautiful. For a moment he thought he was dreaming; when he called to her, she turned her head sharply and gazed at him.

She was unclothed, and didn’t seem to mind that the boy was staring at her. She walked slowly around the pond, and when she reached him, she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him. He kissed back, deeply…
