If memory serves, back in the day among the acting crowd the stage was “earth”, the balcony on the stage was “heaven”, and the network under the stage was “hell”.

Nice play on the terminology. Very sad, definitely feel for the lost kid. Didn’t entirely follow some of what was going on, thanks to the pronouns and not having read any of the prequels.
