This was based on what I did to my mom. She knew I was halfway through a novel, but she didn’t know I’ve been working on a collection of flash fiction stories (A Man of Few Words) for the past year or so. She didn’t know about it until she received her copy yesterday.

I also wrote this because I couldn’t think of a good way to announce to Ficly that I have a book. :D For more information, I have a page for it.
