Does one capitalize ‘ah’ the way one would capitalize ‘I?’

I must put credit where credit is due. This was heavily inspired (ripped to some extent), from one of Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal‘s cartoons. So as a little payment, I’mona tell all of you who like dark humor and dick jokes to check it out.
