Attack Of The Zombie Tuxedos!

“Are you sure about this?” Stacey said as Jason helped her over the gate. “What if we get caught?”
“Come on, this is supposed to be romantic,” he said.
“I know, I just wish we weren’t breaking and entering.”
The zoo felt eerie and uninviting at night. Stacey wished Jason had thought of something else for their two year anniversary. Her heels clicked loudly on the paved paths and only served to make the zoo feel more empty.
“Here we are,” Jason said. He swung the torch beam over a sign that read: Penguins. A picnic basket and candles were resting on the top of the high wall that encircled the enclosure. Stacey peered down at the little black and white birds below.
“I think I outdid myself this time,” Jason said as he laid out a blanket.
“Jace? I think something’s wrong.”
He peered over the edge and met the red eyed gaze of hundreds of zombie penguins.
“Holy crap!”
“Let’s get out of here,” Stacey said.
They turned to run but a line of zombie penguins blocked their path. In the zoo, no one heard their screams.
