The End
Only one of us opened our eyes that morning, and though she suffered so much pain during those months she look like an angle resting there next to me. My eyes filled with sadness and pain as I called her name and gave her a shake. I couldn’t help it I couldn’t hold back the pain from blazing its path down my cheeks. I reach the phone and called the emergency service for the island and I gathered her in my arms and sat there taking in the warm Fiji air and remembering our life. When the knock came it gave me a jump. As the coroner came in I gave my Grace one last hug and kissed her good-bye and told her that I would see her again.
