and no one noticed the slumped passenger.. I like that the psychosis of the driver is able to block out the passenger and he single-mindedly drives. This one, the ending is fine, but I dont’ think you need the exclamation point on the first sentence. :)

Good story, the tone makes the killing much more shocking.

The last paragrpah is also a good description of go-kart action. Good one.

Ya, the joke is really supposed to be Camp! Fun! Murder! Kart Racing! Like, we’re supposed to get into this dumbass kart-racing drama after there’s been a grisly murder?
