It started with the bionic Heart. Governments across the world came together to contemplate an immortal generation.

And so it was that 2025 was the year that pregnancy was outlawed worldwide and each and every human being over the age of eighteen was given the Heart. Perhaps a few tribes in the mountains or on isolated islands were neglected, but beyond that the World became immortal.

So, we forgot how to die; forgot how to kill.

An equilibrium unseen since prehumanic times was set in the world. No children were birthed and no aged folk died. Soon we even stopped eating meat.

But then They came; giant alien robots, forged in the pits of Pluto for thousands of years waiting for the weakness of humans – and we were weak. Few guns remained and they were only 21st century weapons, useless against such advanced technology.

Now we live forever in the sewers of a once proud world, waiting for the Sun to die so we can escape the torture of life.
