Two Ficlies in a row I have to agree with Bob. I’m sensing a pattern.

I loved the role-reversal and the anthropomorphism. Very creative and original.

However, as an eternal pessimist, I would have preferred a darker ending. The futility of the bomb trying to communicate with the human would have made for a slightly more interesting interaction in my opinion. The fact that the human can hear, and understand, the bomb gives us the safe, happy ending. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, just personal preference.
