I have a problem in that one moment her face was pressed against leather, so i assumed she was lying on the backseat, but the next instant she was sitting upright with her face on the glass.
The dialogue is much better this time and the descriptions of this mental anguish are awesome. Keep it up :)

I intended her head to be turned toward the inside of the car on the back of the seat. Then turn toward the window. Sorry if that was confusing.
