this piece was inspired by the rhythm of the ‘i dig’ piece, but I thought it came no where near as close. Also, I’ve never actually dug a hole before, so it didn’t seem appropriate to sequel that piece

This is interesting. It’s so descriptive, then the repetition of the line I hear no silence is startling, but fits perfectly.
