A masterpiece in miniature form? Hmmm.Sorry, but I think not, at least not this time.

It almost sounds like there is a certain part of the Statue of David that enthralls with its size. I certainly wouldn’t want it in my face either, even as a smaller version!

Perhaps “mine” instead of “it” to clarify you really mean the whole statue?

I’m not comparing my poems to the whole statue, nor to its magnificence and astounding achievement of art. I’m merely comparing the small size of my poems to the relatively small size of the statues unmentionables. Why? For a cheap laugh I guess.
