Great sci-fi moment, definitely your forte. I love the realism of mundane and industrial stuff in the midst of the sleek, futuristic stuff. Cause even on a fancy stellar voyage you have to load some crates of food and spare pants.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys! This one was on the back burner in my head for a long time, but in the end I semi-merged it with an earlier story called Outbound and came up with this.

I always love it when two separate story ideas come together to make a better story. It’s very gratifying when that happens. As always, I enjoy your writing very much.
