Very interesting, sir. Feels like a middle piece to a great story, a teaser of some sort, or maybe a blurb posted somewhere to advertise your works.

It’s definitely a nice jumping off point for additional development. Reminded me a bit of Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson.

let’s see…there’s German(Nazi?) doc named Kruger, a British professor named Boro, an American (?) Sergeant named jones, a possessed priest, and a former priest… this is the makings of a wonderful Lovecraftian story.

Love this. Like The Dark Hillbilly said, it feels like a snippet of a larger story, or novel. Otherwise, it could function as simply an attention-grabbing starting point. Nice.

I wouldn’t say that the priest was possessed. His master could easily be God. As for context, I imagine some sort of secret war between good and evil while the crew featured here exists in the middle of the conflict.

I tend not to read the featured story…cause I’m quirky like that. But I read the first sentence and had to continue. So many questions, but you really laid it out like a scene out of the beginning of an epic adventure.
