Nicely told cute little story about rags to riches. It’s a bit ‘Pollyanna’ that way, but it works thanks to the tone you set, a sort of befuddled wonderment.

I’m curious as to how the character would change over the course of this story line. Not so much about the money. but from being in an adventrrous lifestyle to settling down. that could get him into trouble perhapse?
