Technically he’d have to go way over the speed of light to make it. That’s a long way out and the universal expansion is accelerating. Still, a fascinating perspective of frontiers not yet explored.

The restraints at the start are intriguing and the vagueness around the characters motivation for travelling to the edge of space and time make this a very enjoyable piece.

Haha… I’ve had this song stuck in my head all day. What a coincidence.

David Bowie songs aside, I think this is an interesting piece. For whatever reason, the second paragraph strikes me as much more intriguing and compelling than the rest; the other ones are well-written, but more methodical. Nice work, though; this definitely makes sense for the “edge of the world”.
