Hooboy! Very intriguing!

Nothing planned, no. Just a short vignette that went from idea to inception in about 30 minutes. XD

Haha, that’s usually how I end up writing. That two sentence prompt for this challenge was actually a text message I sent to a buddy of mine as a joke.

It seems like Ficly works best for vignettes. I like how this one plays out, with the unreliable narrator. I’ve been meaning to try writing something from that perspective, or expanding on one I’ve already started writing.

Yeah… It’s really tough for me to add onto my ficlets while keeping the same punch from ‘frame’ to ‘frame’.

I’ve come up with three or four possible vectors for this world, but writing them well would be a huge challenge.

Works well on it’s own, but very good as a prelude of things to come. The touch of all the different languages makes it more intriguing as it goes from assumed insanity to something sinister.

I second the comment about the unreliable narrator, maybe this is inside his head, maybe he’s not writing anything at all.
