Your reference made me think of the Urfworld webcomic. Coincidence?

Very ingenious and really enjoyable. I loved the phonetic spelling of Earth…‘Urf’ made me laugh out loud. As an Urfling, I’m offended that a slimey slug finds me hideous. :)

Even in another world, history is boring. I like the sort of child-like excitement evoked by the ‘revolting’ picture.

Funny little version of the ‘them viewing us as strange’ motif in science fiction. I liked that he was reading a ‘book’ but clicking links to make it a bit more advanced.

I really like this. I did laugh, when what ‘Urf’ was, sank in. This really puts us in our place, as ’Urf ’ as we know it, occupies such a small part of timeline of the Universe. Well done.
