By the way: It’s a Scion xA. Can’t stand those blocky xB’s.
I can picture the scion tooling down the road, decked out in a modern art paint scheme, just you and your muse, out for a sunday driveabout. Buit then, I noticed that yours is a xA and so I immediately went to Google Images to see the difference. Brilliant! :) I like it better as well, and I like this story.

That muse, she can be a fickle little thing, she can.
I love your descriptions. I’m right there with me. Even though you told us she was your muse, I still thought she was a real person until the end.
‘Head’ inside— the second to last word— should be changed in my opinion. Too much of that word in a close proximity for it to read as smoothly as it should. This is a good story, however. I enjoyed it.
Very cute. Took me just about to the end to realize the muse wasn’t an actual person. Maybe I’m thick tonight. Nice visual throughout though. And thanks for clarifying the car thing.

@Tad: Thanks. You’re right. I tried to read it just now as a clever use of homonyms, but it didn’t work.
