(TFB-03-10 points) Yep it’s so true. I think the adage ‘Nobody tells the truth online’ has been around for twenty years already. That makes me feel old. Anyway, I liked this story. I like the fact that somewhere there might be a fire-fighter with a nick-name (or better yet a real name) by the name Madd Dogg. I liked the obvious rapport they had with each other. I like that you don’t need a sequel to watch this play out. Unless there is a twist to the rest of it we all know how this will end. The sad tail spin that turns into a crash. The only thing I’m not sure about is the word ‘that’ before computer. It makes it sound like nobody tells the truth on just that one computer- although we can probably discount it on the probable age of the firefighters. Even the bologna and onion sandwich is a nice touch- very workingman-esque. Just wanted to congratulate you on an overlooked story. Good work and cheers!
