Oh, sheesh. I should have read the tags to the story. And it’s not schizophrenia (halluciations, delusions), but dissociative identity disorder (multiple personalities). Common mistake.

i never saw it as suicide, thought she was being followed and the guy was able to kill her and then later we learn it was a man dressed as a woman, never saw the personalities. I see them now, after the tags.
suggestions on how to clear that up.. he saw her in a mirror? he reached her hand out? he heard her scream come from his lips?
