It was hard to come up with so many “F” words! Think of it like this: maybe it’s a flat made from a renovated farmhouse? Just trying to defend my choices. :)

A bit on the lines of Peter Piper (and it became a household jingle) Needs a few adjustments to the story line but over all a full on twister.
