Isle: October 1, 2009
Nearing the Island, about a couple of hours and then I should be there. I pray that no troubles arise during my exploration of the Island. I have enough supplies in the boat to last me around two months and it’s a week and a half sail back to New Zealand. The journey here has been uneventful. The quiet emptiness of the south pacific has been strangly comforating. I feel like I should miss human contact, being out here all alone, but no feelings of loneliness have risen yet. Once I’m in shallower water I’ll drop the anchor and get some sleep. Exploration of the Island starts tomorrow,
