Is there a socks ficly next? I quite like this little “I like my shoes” thing

In a weird way this reminds me of the “This is my gun,” speech from Full Metal Jacket? But it’s sort of great because of it!

P.S. Oh my god I love shoes.

The only thing I would say is that while it seems complete by itself, without a continuation of some kind you’re left wanting to know what exactly was the intent of the piece.

Yeah, there just wasn’t enough space to really hit it home. I think it’s something I should try to expand someday.

And I wasn’t trying for Full Metal Jacket, but that’s great anyways!
