Really cool, and a nice example of sci-fi’s promise and power—to present real world emotions in just enough of a fantastical situation to remove them a shade or two, making them bearable yet still applicable and accessable.

Your writing is always so crisp and economical. And somewhere in its simplicity there’s a multifaceted story worth raving about. Bravo, dude. It’s like I start reading but I forget I’m reading after a few sentences. That’s a trademark of great writing if I ever came across one.

This is gorgeous. I love the emotional and sociological set up, there is just so much you can do with this.

First off, congrats on being featured !

I loved the unwanted cyber-emo character…I could feel the angst. I like that the character’s age is in days rather than years. It shows a very meticulous personality, although, my only complaint is that you didn’t carry that “factual” character trait through the whole story.

My Muse of All Things Geek (her name is Mara Jade) says that 5110 days is incorrect…it should be 5113 because of the leap years since her manufacture/birth…

I liked this, though the line break before the first bit of dialog was a bit disorienting.
