I really like the feeling of decay and decadence. I think you did a very good job of capturing the feel of a collapsed empire, sort of half-historical and half-scifi. Awesome.

I’d like to spend more time in this world … as a reader, anyway. Great fun. With automaton reptilian steeds, how can it not be? I’m guessing Olivaw will enjoy it, too.

Fun blending of all these different time periods and technologies. Seems like an entire universe needs to be concocted for this one…

Woooo, Dinosaur Jousting!

The universe is really well crafted here, which is impressive given the limitations of Ficly.

You use too many commas. The first sentence on the final paragraph is the worst offender. Run-on sentences are never good for character descriptions, instead try and make every feature a separate thought.

I’d love to see some more people work in this universe! This is easily the best work on the Dinosaur Jousting idea so far.

This could turn into an epic, of sorts! And the idea of dino jousting has made me want to go and build a dino robot big enough to joust with!

Fun concept, but the plot is wanting. This isn’t your strongest prose, either. I’d really like to see a re-write. I know you could do better here.
