I’m rereading the entire story line in preparation for writing my next installment (to avoid introducing inconsistent details), and I’ve just come across a detail in this story that I still have no idea what to do with. I don’t know what to make of the reference to “Exodus” in this story. Is that how she refers to escaping from the camp, does it somehow refer to the founding of Israel in 1948 (Exodus by Leon Uris), or does it indicate something entirely different? I’m not asking for an explanation, Robert: just letting you know I’m still puzzled.
