Very nice. Reminiscent of Hal even to the similarities of the names. I’d read more of this, if it was in fact a longer story. Where is the navigator taking them? And for what purpose?

HAL, definitely, but put into suburbia. I was picturing either a minivan or a Sebring. Nice portrait of married life as well, wife on the ball and husband blissfully unaware.

I liked it. A slice of life with a wife competing with her husband’s directionally challenged temptress.
