Great entry, I always love a good internal horror. Like Stephen King’s stuff.

Now I’m left wondering whether it was real, or simply inner turmoil, and which scenario would be creepier…great stuff!

Brilliant work, this story certainly is very creepy. I like the questions it poses on the reader, the imagery is so rich that it is frightening. Definatly worthy of a 5

Wow, this is indeed morbid. I love your descriptions, especially in the third paragraph. The choppy sentences work with the stream-of-consciousness feeling, too.
