Very nice set-up indeed – two strong characters, which is particularly good considering that you’re writing in the first person and still give a fairly expansive picture…

Thanks for the welcome! Not sure I like the word limits, I’m a bit of a blabbermouth, but I heard good things about the site, decided to try it out.

This is an interesting piece. It leaves open a lot of possibilities, and hints at interesting machinations in the background.

I might be tempted to co-opt it into my Aegis/Marauders world with a sequel. There’s nothing about it that would preclude it from fitting. :)

I might consider joining your tale, but need to read the story a bit. Where does it begin?
