A bit more disjointed than most of your stuff. Early on you have a ‘their’ that should be a ’they’re’. I’m trying not to be too critical though since I disagree with the sentiment in the title. The body so far seems to be more about the toll of war than anything, which is undeniable.
I just feel like fighting and killing doesn’t solve problems or equal peace it simply builds animosity and resurgent efforts— building and fueling anger and hatred for opposing sides. I think that the true test of whether we are primitive beings or not isn’t that we can fly through the sky and land on the moon… it’s based on if we are still at constant violent conflict with one another (primitive) or if we have found better alternatives to solving issues without any violence (refinement). Fighting for peace is a contradiction just like f-ing for virginity— they are very much alike.
