Wow, I was surprised to see an actual rapture mixed in with this grim story! But it works well.

I had a Y2K flashback. Grim and gripping.

Great take on the challenge. Very dark, but no worse than past events in the real world.

This is a great story, filled with emotion. I like that you did not get too graphic but it was still dark and grim.
