“No. Although I do have to leave. For you, my knight, who does love me so much as to wish to marry: I will leave my son here for you. If you love me, you will take care of him for me as I work.” He was about to decline but she grabbed his mouth. “Do not miss me. Love him as you would love your own, for if we marry he will. I will promise to visit, and when I do I will try to love both of you.”

With her words said and done she turned on heel and headed home through the statue of a far away knight. She picked up her son form her boss and dropped him off, without word, with the knight.
