I liked this a lot. On a second read-through the ’I’m famished’ was brilliant, maybe even a little gross. You could explore leaving out the explicit parts entirely (‘sperm,’ ‘semen’) and let the audience feel smart as they figure it out themselves.

Some lay the bold claim that sequels are superior to the original piece. In this there is no exception.
