I like the more modern high-techish way of referring to garlic.

Super rich with detail, and yeah the ‘allium’ was a really nice touch. Great continuation, and I love the idea of the sanctuary being not staid and formal like a mausoleum but raucous and decayed, an old pub. I think it mirrors really well the semi-hedonistic view of vampirism we’ve all been toying with. Nice job also coming up with the name, a play on Transylvania if I’m not mistaken, and then having the self awareness to poke fun at it. Really awesome installment.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I was thinking maybe an abandoned warehouse, but I wanted something with a greater sense of personality and culture. I’ve actually seen an abandoned pub exactly like this one and it was incredibly creepy.

Actually, I don’t know how many of you have seen or heard about it, but this whole series follows a lot of major plot points from the Aussie Vampire film “Daybreakers.” Damned good film if I do say so, and I am definitely drawing some parallels.

I’m just glad we’re not talking Twilight :D
