The Adventures of the Thief
(MLcont.) As I walked the beauty hom we chatted about nothing. I tried to be funny, but to my dismay I am not. She thought it was cute, and smiled at me anyway. I did not understand at the time the feeling that was growing inside my stomach. Growing up I never really had companionship of any kind. I had Salvator, and Gina my pseudoparents, but that’s it. This girl was speacial I knew it then and I know it now. There was no way I would’ve let her go. Unfortunately the greatest walk I ever took had come to it’s end.
“Thank you for walking me home,” she said with a wispy smile on her face.I thought fast and came up with a line I praise myself for thinking of it to this day, “I would’ve given anything to do it.” She smiled and blushed. “Wait there,” I said and with quickness and agility I ran over to the beautiful violet patch growing in her front yard. I picked the brightest one and ran back. I handed her the flower and said, “To my goddess.”
She took it looked me in the eye and leaned forward. My first kiss..
