Well that was bizarre. I didn’t understand the whole patch and refreeze thing, but other than that it was a really cool story, a world or a life where love is forbidden cause Cupid will gun you down. Creepy twist on the Valentine’s Day stable, so great job!

I think you’re getting too literal in your old age, mate. “February refreeze” is poetic and economical all at once. I love a good fairy tale taken back to its sinister roots or somewhere likewise re-imagined, and this does not disappoint.
